FREE Premium Delivery Service
At Crown Furniture we have always offered a Free Premium Delivery service using our own vehicles. We will unpack goods, take away all the packaging and position your furniture where you want it in your home. Unfortunately, we are only able to offer this service within a TWENTY FIVE mile radius of our Leyland showroom. If it's close please call us to discuss the options, we will always try to be flexible.
Deliveries Outside Our Premium Delivery Area We can arrange deliveries anywhere on the mainland of Britain at an additional cost. We will always try to find the most cost effective way of delivering items. Orders in excess of £2500 will usually be delivered at no extra cost. These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions and are to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. They do not affect your statutory rights.
Crown Furniture Ltd reserve the right not to process an order that they feel to be suspicious or fraudulent. An email confirmation or an order number given over the telephone does not constitute that a contract has been formed with Crown Furniture Ltd until we have reviewed any payment through our payments services provider's Fraud Prevention Software. No contract is formed with you until we have despatched your order.
We always try to ensure the accuracy of the prices on our website, but there may be rare occasions when an error occurs. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before accepting your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to amend your order to the correct price select alternative products or cancel your order.
All prices quoted are exclusive of carriage/delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds and include Value Added Tax at the current rate.
Cancellations & Returns
Cancellations – Under the terms of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you are able to cancel your contract with us at any time up to fourteen days after the day of delivery. If you wish to cancel your order you must contact us in writing either by email to email@example.com or by post to Crown Furniture Ltd, Unit 1 Farington Old Mill, Centurion Industrial Estate, Centurion Way, Farington, Leyland, PR25 4GU. We will normally respond to your request within 2 working days to confirm the cancellation, any refund due and collection details if goods have already been delivered.
Please see details below of our returns policies in respect of goods which have already been despatched from our warehouse, including goods despatched but not yet delivered. Returns Unwanted Goods - If for whatever reason your order doesn’t match your expectations or you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to arrange collection of the goods.
Details of unwanted goods must be reported to us within Fourteen days of delivery. Any items being returned must be in their original packaging and in the same high quality condition that they arrived in. We recommend that all packaging is retained for at least this fourteen day period unless we have removed the packaging as part of our Premium Delivery Service.
We always try to describe goods as accurately as possible on our website but it is sometimes difficult to reproduce colours exactly online. If you are in any doubt about a prospective purchase please call us for more information. Unwanted goods must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they arrived. It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of goods delivered to you and any goods which are returned to us in a damaged or deteriorated condition will only be credited at a reduced value to reflect their condition. Under the terms of our Premium Delivery Service where we may have removed the original packaging we would ask that you inspect the goods before signing for delivery.
If you subsequently wish to return such goods please contact us on 01772 452502 to discuss the collection of the goods. If a replacement item of equal value is ordered and can be delivered at the same time as the original goods are collected we will not make a collection charge. Delivery charges may apply to the replacement goods. The following charges will be made for the collection of unwanted goods:– Within our Premium Delivery area no charge will apply, outside this area a charge of up to the original delivery charge will be made.
Goods which are cancelled after they have been despatched from our warehouse but before they have been delivered will incur the following charges: – Within our Premium Delivery area no charge will apply, outside this area a charge of up to the original delivery charge will be made. Refunds will be made to the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Collection charges will be deducted before the refund is made. Faulty Goods – We make every effort to ensure that goods arrive with you in perfect condition.
Should you find however that there is a problem with any goods which are delivered to you please call us on 01772 452502 as soon as possible after delivery to advise us of the problem. We will make every effort to attempt to resolve any issues with you or advise you of our returns procedures. You have seven days from the date of delivery to report faulty or damaged goods. Please confirm details of faulty goods by post or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We are unable to accept back goods which have been altered in any way which might invalidate a manufacturers warranty. We will always endeavour to supply replacement goods at the earliest possible opportunity and to collect the faulty items at the same time.
No Charge will be made for the collection of faulty goods. Refunds will be made to the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Bespoke Goods - Products which have been made or altered specifically for you cannot be refused, returned or refunded unless they are defective or have been damaged by us in transit. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
